Results Personal Training Mackay (RPTM) has been in Mackay since 2009, expanding our studio presence into Walkerston in 2023. 

Our vision is to help you make a positive change in your everyday life. To be able to help you to create healthy and sustainable habits around all things health and fitness to continue serving you for years and years to come.

 Our primary mission is to get women moving more.  To show the incredible benefits of moment not just physically but mentally as well. 

You don’t need to be the fittest, the fastest or strongest, you just need to move. We have created a safe space, a community where people from all walks of life could come together in a judgement free space where they were free to just be themselves.
We can all have different goals, but we can still work on them together.

We provide Mackay, Walkerston and the surrounding areas with Group Fitness Classes, Small Group Personal Training (SGPT), and 1-on-1 Personal Training.

The team at RPTM are committed to giving you as many options as we can to make your lifestyle a fit and healthy one. We have classes and appointments at a variety of times throughout the day to fit in with everyone’s busy life.

As the owner of Results Personal Training Management, Linda has been working for RPTM since the beginning 2012 before purchasing and taking over the business in August of 2014. Since than she has continued to take RPTM to the next level and provide her clients with more skill/knowledge and training opportunities, including opening her first studio in 2016 in Glenella (Mackay), with the second Studio in Walkerston opening in early 2023.

Linda loves motivating other people and nothing is more inspiring to me than seeing those she can help to make the change to a healthier lifestyle. “It pushes me to keep being the best that I can be”. As a trainer it is important to understand that every client is different and has different goals and capabilities. Linda will not push you to do anything you can’t do, but she will certainly push you to achieve your best (and in most cases more than you thought you were capable of!)

Although Linda works with clients of all genders and ages, she especially likes to be able to help women to rediscover who they are and exercise is just the entry level to be able to help women to move better, think better, become stronger physical and also mentally and be confident in themselves.

As a competitive Figure Athlete for 10 years, placing top 3 in her last 2 national competitions, Linda understands first hand the determination, dedication and discipline required to work hard to achieve your goals.  Her years spent developing as an athlete allows her to bring her knowledge and tools around mindset work and behavioural changes to her clients as well.

“I don’t expect anything of my clients that I wouldn’t expect from myself and will continually challenge you to be better than you were yesterday”. Health and fitness is a never ending journey. The team at RPTM will work with you to set goals and once you reach them, we set some more. Billie has been with RPTM now since the start of 2016. Armed with her CERT4 in Fitness she is also a qualified strength and conditioning coach.  Billie has a passion for the industry and knowledge beyond her years. Billie plans great sessions, never boring and always challenging. She has a great focus on technique and getting you to make the most out of every session. She also loves to incorporate group fitness sessions into her own training program, so you will may even see her smashing it out beside you at one of our classes.

Billie knows first hand what it is like to train hard and push herself beyond what she often things is possible and she is able to bring experience from her own personal goals into helping our clients become the very best they can be as well. Billie loves working with clients to get them reaching their highest strength potential and loves seeing clients achieving more than they ever expected they could. She coaches in a way where she will arm you with just as much knowledge on how and why are are training as she does encouragement and motivation.

As Head Coach at RPTM Billie loves empowering and upskilling our training team and plans our SGPT programs.

As a competitive Athlete in the sport of Powerlifting, Billie has competed at a National level the last 3 years, taking the win in her class in 2023 to become the new Australian Powerlifting Champion!!!!!  this sport has Billie continually pushing her body and mind to max.  Being at this level of her own sport is an inspiration to all our clients, once again showing all women that we can achieve whatever we want ………. if you are willing to put in the ‘EFFORT’. Billie will back you 100% of the way even when you doubt yourself.  You will be left feeling equally exhausted and energised after one of Billie’s sessions …. the only way to feel!

As well as running our group classes and SGPT, Billie is available for Personal training Training Sessions. Billie is also  Massage therapist allowing her to help clients on and off the gym floor to maximise their training and recovery to reach their goals.

Jen joined us in September 2014 and having her join the Team saw us able to bring classes back to the Pioneer Valley. Jen is our main trainer at our Mirani High School Classes. As a trainer she has great enthusiasm and is very supportive and encouraging. She always plans great sessions that will keep you challenged and always leave you pushing yourself that little bit more each week.

Jen has a passion for all things health, sports and the outdoors and its these passions that allows her to help women achieve their health and fitness goals in a variety of ways. 
Jen has completed a 21KM half marathon and has her sights set on another on in the near future.
Also suffering with bulged discs and back injuries, Jen understands the importance of movement for rehab and mental health.
Exercise is not one size fits all! 
Jen loved helping ladies to move within their own abilities to feel happier, healthier and strong.

Jen understands how important exercise is to maintaining a healthy body and loves to help other ladies see the benefits in improving their own movement and health. Jen is also a fantastic yoga instructor running her own classes in the valley as well as our pop up yoga sessions.

Lynda started training 4 years ago as a way to rediscover herself and become the version of herself she wanted to be. She fell in love with all things fitness and the benefits of exercise that she went on to do her Cert3 and more recently Cert4 in Fitness. Lynda has been working as a group fitness instructor in a small studio in since early 2022 and we are excited to have her join our team in our Walkerston Studio in 2023.
Lynda is the session planning Queen! Everyone loves the sessions she puts together and you will not only work hard but love it all at the same time. Now that is a real skill to have!
As much as Lynda loves getting in a great session herself in the studio, she also loves running and will always encourage and motivate you to challenge yourself and help you see what you are capable of.
Her love of running saw Lynda compete her first Half marathon in 2024 and is in training now to increase on her time in 2025!

Kirra has joined the team in 2025, coaching at both Mackay and Walkerston, group classes and SGPT.

Kirra completed her CERT4 qualification in 2020 with the plan to have more flexibility once she started her own family.
She loves all aspects of fitenss from running, bike riding, hiking and lifting weights!
Fast forward to 2025 and she has a one year old and is keen to get started on her coaching journey with RTPM.

Outside the gym you will find Kirra outdoors with her family, camping or at the beach.

Kirra loves sharing her passion and helping others to achieve their goals.

SAMANTHA STRYDOM

Sam made the jump from client to trainer in 2024 completing her CERT3 and 4, and brings a next level vibe to all the classes she teaches!
Sam has always loved the feeling of accomplishment exercise gives her and is excited to share that with everyone.
Sam started her exercise journey kickboxing, which instilled the discipline to train consistentaly to reach her goals.  She earned her brown belt before living arrangements saw her move away and need to shift her focus.  She then found a love for running (not just running by steep mountain running) and has a numerous Marathons and Half Marathons under her belt.

Joining RPTM was when Sam first got introduced to lifting and a new personal challege was born.
Sam understands the challenges that exercises has, but also the wonderful sense of accomplishment that comes with getting that lift, completing that run, getting through that class and this is what makes her able to get the best out of her clients.

Sam loves being part of the RPTM tribe and loves being part of a class just as she does teaching them. 

She loves helping others to become a better version of themselves.

Dave is our only Male trainer at RPTM, lucky him 😉 Dave is a school physical education teacher and has his CERT3 & 4 in Fitness. He is also a fully qualified strenght coach as well, and loves using his skills to coach his footy boys and girls at the school.  Such a great assest to those teens!

You will often see Dave training up at our Mirani classes and stepping in from time to time to take the class.
Be warned – there is no slacking off when Dave is around! Which is what we love!
