RPTM has been in Mackay since 2009. New ownership in August of 2014 saw the business rebranded as Results Personal Training Mackay. We provide Mackay and the surrounding areas with Bootcamp/Group Training and Small Group Personal Training, and 1-on-1 Personal Training.

The team at RPTM are committed to giving you as many options as we can to make your lifestyle a fit and healthy one. We have classes and appointments at a variety of times throughout the day to fit in with everyone’s busy life. No matter what your goal, let RPTM help you reach them.

As the owner of Results Personal Training Management, Linda has been working for RPTM since the beginning 2012 before purchasing and taking over the business in August of 2014. Since than she has continued to take RPTM to the next level and provide her clients with more skill/knowledge and training opportunities. September of 2016 saw RPTM move into its very own Studio and her dreams of having a premier training facility in Mackay starts to be come a reality.

She loves motivating other people and nothing is more inspiring to me than seeing those she can help to make the change to a healthier lifestyle. “It pushes me to keep being the best that I can be”. As a trainer it is important to understand that every client is different and has different goals and capabilities. Linda will not push you to do anything you can’t do, but she will certainly push you to achieve your best (and in most cases more than you thought you were capable of!)

Although Linda works with clients of all genders and ages, she especially likes to be able to help women to rediscover who they are and exercise is just the entry level to be able to help women to move better, think better, become stronger physical and also mentally and be confident in themselves.

“I don’t expect anything of my clients that I wouldn’t expect from myself and will continually challenge you to be better than you were yesterday”. Health and fitness is a never ending journey. The team at RPTM will work with you to set goals and once you reach them, we set some more. Billie has been with RPTM now since the start of 2016. Armed with her CERT4 in Fitness she is also a qualified strength and conditioning coach.  Billie may be the youngest member of the team but she brings with her a passion for the industry and knowledge beyond her years.

Billie plans great sessions, never boring and always challenging. She has a great focus on technique and getting you to make the most out of every session. She also loves to incorporate group fitness sessions into her own training program, so you will may even see her smashing it out beside you at one of our classes.

Billie knows first hand what it is like to train hard and push herself beyond what she often things is possible and she is able to bring experience from her own personal goals into helping our clients become the very best they can be as well.

Billie loves working with clients to get them reaching their highest strength potential and loves seeing clients achieving more than they ever expected they could.
She coaches in a way where she will arm you with just as much knowledge on how and why are are training as she does encouragement and motivation.

Billie will back you 100% of the way even when you doubt yourself.  You will be left feeling equally exhausted and energised after one of Billie’s sessions …. the only way to feel! As well as running our group classes, Billie is available for Personal training and Small Group Personal Training Sessions.

Jenna Rapmund

Jenna started as an instructor with RPTM in 2022. 

You will see Jenna taking a variety of classes each week across all time slots, she is excited to get to know you all and we know she will bring some great new exercises to you all.
Jenna knows how the benefits of health and fitness has been able to transform her life both physically and mentally and wants the opportunity to be able to help others feel the same.
Her goal is to empower others to grow their self confidence, strive for strength, reach their fitness goals and flourish within themselves.
This alone, makes her the perfect addition to our TEAM!
“My biggest struggle on my own health and fitness journey has also become my greatest reward – finding my self worth. Having the confidence and self believe to show up for myself every day. My goals this year are to read more, continue to get stronger in my lifts.

During my down time you’ll find me at the beach, going on hikes, traveling to new places and camping”

Jenna will keep you pushing hard and helping you to reach all your potential.
As well as being one of our main group class trainers, Jenna is available for Small Group Personal Training Sessions and Personal Training.

Millie McGowan

Millie has been in the industry for over 7 years and comes to us with experience of running her own group classes in bootcamp, boxing, yoga and pilates when she was living out in Glenden, where she saw the need for women in the community to get together and get active.

Millie is also a qualified personal trainer and we are excited to have her bring her knowledge and flair to the studio.
Millie is the first to admit she loves training legs and hates upper body … which I’m sure a lot of you can relate too … just as you are, she is always on her own fitness journey as well, looking to become stronger/fitter/faster in what she chooses.

While also being a mum of 2 little ones, Millie is studying to become a Clinical Dietician.

Don’t be fooled, her quite nature does not mean you won’t get worked hard and fast in one of her classes, and you can’t help but feel amazing after.

Jen joined us in September 2014 and having her join the Team saw us able to bring classes back to the Pioneer Valley. Jen is our main trainer at our Mirani High School Classes.

As a trainer she has great enthusiasim and is very supportive and encouraging. She always plans great sessions that will keep you challenged and always leave you pushing yourself that little bit more each week.
Jen understands how important exercise is to maintaining a healthy body and loves to help other ladies see the benefits in improving their own movement and health.

Jen is also a fantastic yoga instructor running her own classes in the valley as well.

Dave is our only Male trainer at RPTM, lucky him 😉

Dave is a school physical education teacher and has his CERT3 & 4 in Fitness. He is also a fully qualified strenght coach as well, and loves using his skills to coach his footy boys and girls at the school.  Such a great assest to those teens!

You will often see Dave training up at our Mirani classes and stepping in from time to time to take the class.
Be warned – there is no slacking off when Dave is around! Which is what we love!
