STUDIO TRAINING SESSIONS.
In September of 2016, RPTM moved to our very own studio in Glenella. This studio is not a gym! Unlike a gym, the studio provides relative privacy with only scheduled session times on offer, avoiding the intimidating crowds that a gym attracts. Our classes provide structured training with a qualified trainer to assist you in reaching your goals. All personal training sessions are tailored to the individuals goals and needs.
RPTM have group fitness classes running at various times and locations to suit everyone. Classes are never the same and change each session, they will include weights, cardio, kettlebell, circuits, ropes, tyres, body weight activities, boxing, HITT and much more.
Everyone is welcome at all our classes and all fitness levels are catered for. You can join anytime! Easy to book via our online booking system, just bring water, towel/mat and wear comfortable workout clothes and joggers.
We try to have options to suit everyone:
• 10 Class Passes, valid for 2mths and can be used at any class on the timetable
• Membership – UNLIMITED CLASSES + many more benefits!
