RPTM has been in Mackay since 2009. New ownership in August of 2014 saw the business rebranded as Results Personal Training Management. We provide Mackay and the surrounding areas with Bootcamp/Group Training and Small Group Personal Training, and 1-on-1 Personal Training. The team at RPTM are committed to giving you as many options as we can to make your lifestyle a fit and healthy one. As of September 2016, RPTM operates our very own training studio in Glenella. This studio is not a gym! Unlike a gym, the studio provides relative privacy with only Scheduled session times on offer – avoiding the intimidating crowds that a gym attracts. Our classes provide structured training with a qualified trainer to assist you in reaching your goals. All personal training sessions are tailored to the individuals goals and needs.

BOOTCAMPS + GROUP FITNESS
RPTM have classes and bootcamps running at various times and locations to suit everyone. Classes are never the same and change each session, they will include weights, cardio, fitball, kettlebell, circuits, ropes, tyres, logs, ladders, body weight activities, boxing, HITT and much more.
Everyone welcome at all our classes and all fitness levels catered for. You can join anytime!
No need to book, feel free to turn up to any class on the timetable, just bring water, towel/mat and wear comfortable workout clothes and joggers.
We try to have options to suit everyone:
- 10 Class Passes, valid for 2mths and can be used at any class on the timetable
- Membership – UNLIMITED CLASSES + many more benefits!!

As the owner of Results Personal Training Management, Linda has been working for RPTM since the beginning 2012 before purchasing and taking over the business in August of 2014. Since than she has continued to take RPTM to the next level and provide her clients with more skill/knowledge and training opportunities. September of 2016 saw RPTM move into its very own Studio and her dreams of having a premier training facility in Mackay starts to be come a reality.
She loves motivating other people and nothing is more inspiring to me than seeing those she can help to make the change to a healthier lifestyle. “It pushes me to keep being the best that I can be”. As a trainer it is important to understand that every client is different and has different goals and capabilities. Linda will not push you to do anything you can’t do, but she will certainly push you to achieve your best (and in most cases more than you thought you were capable of!)

Billie has been with RPTM now since the start of 2016. Armed with her CERT3 in Fitness she is also a qualified strength and conditioning coach. Billie may be the youngest member of the team but she brings with her a passion for the industry and knowlege beyond her years.
Billie plans great sessions, never boring and always challenging. She has a great focus on technique and getting you to make the most out of every session. She also loves to incorporate group fitness sessions into her own training program, so you will may even see her smashing it out beside you at one of our classes.
Billie knows first hand what it is like to train hard and push herself beyond what she often things is possible and she is able to bring experience from her own personal goals into helping our clients become the very best they can be as well.
Billie will back you 100% of the way even when you doubt yourself. You will be left feeling equally exhausted and energised after one of Billie’s sessions …. the only way to feel!
As well as running our group classes, Billie is avaialbe for Personal training and Small Group Personal Training Sessions.

Dave is our only Male trainer at RPTM, lucky him 😉
Dave is a school physical education teacher and has his CERT3 & 4 in Fitness. He is also a fully qualified strenght coach as well, and loves using his skills to coach his footy boys and girls at the school. Such a great assest to those teens!
You will often see Dave training up at our Mirani classes and stepping in from time to time to take the class.
Be warned – there is no slacking off when Dave is around! Which is what we love!

Jen joined us in Septemer 2014 and having her join the Team saw us able to bring classes back to the Pioneer Valley. Jen is our main trainer at our Mirani High School Classes.
As a trainer she has great enthusiasim and is very supportive and encouraging. She always plans great sessions that will keep you challenged and always leave you pushing yourself that little bit more each week.
Jen is also a fantastic yoga instructor running her own classes in the valley as well.
