Personal Training
PAYMENT
Payment needs to be made prior to commencement of your Personal Training Session. Please refer to your ‘Welcome Letter’ for details of payment options.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations for sessions are to be made prior to 24hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations under this time will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment of that session.
Cancellations are to be made by making contact with Linda or your trainer directly.
RPTM reserve the right to store your credit card or bank details on file in the even that you do not show up for a session, in which we will use this account to debit you required payment.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late you will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been made with your trainer.
Constant cancellation (even within the cancellation policy) may result in regular spots being offered to other clients, especially in the more popular time slots.
PT PACK EXPIRY
All PT Packs will have a 3mths expiry. (1 month for INTRO to PT packs)
Under specific circumstances this can be extended, please talk to Linda if this is the case.
REFUND POLICY
No personal training refunds will be given, you may pass your remaining session onto someone else if you wish, all the above terms will still need to be adhered to.
FEEDBACK/COMPLAINTS
RPTM sees both complaints and feedback as a gift. RPTM will endeavour at all times to assist you with any concerns you may have. For any complaints or feedback on RPTM and its Trainers please email info@rptm.net.
