FOR CHOOSING RPTM!
Thank you for choosing RPTM to help you on your health and fitness journey! Here you will find everything you need to know before starting your first class:
1) You can find the online health form below. Please fill this out prior to your first class.
2) We use the MINDBODY app for class bookings, you can download it from the link below. Search for RPTM and you will see all our classes and book for those that suit you. Alternatively click ‘book a class’, in the top right of the website to book.
** Bookings are essential due to enable us to manage numbers and Coaching requirements. We ask that you book 24hrs in advance for sessions you are attending and cancel if you are unable to attend. **
3) Bring a towel and water bottle to all classes (a gym mat is handy if you have one, but don’t stress we have spares).
It is very normal to be a little nervous and equally excited for your first class, rest assured you are in great hands!
You may pull up a ‘little’ sore from your first class, once again totally normal, and we will do what we can to ease you into your first couple of classes to minimise the soreness.
The first week is the worst, so keep moving to help with recovery.
If you can get through the first week you can get through ANY workout!!
